Alumni

Aureus holds its former active members in high esteem. The association maintains close ties with alumni working in the business sector. They help Aureus in Communications with their employers and give training courses to help active members develop their talents.

The association gives its alumni something in return during the annual alumni day.

Alumni details

Aureus tries to keep its alumni records up-to-date. The Faculty and the University do their best to help. However, we are not always informed when a person moves, for example. If you are unsure whether your details are up-to-date, please pass on your new details here.

Aureus predecessors

Over the years, Aureus has undergone several name changes. Vesvu was the original name of the study association for students of economics at VU University Amsterdam. In the mid-1990s, the name was changed to AVE, and at the turn of this century, it finally became Aureus after the University started offering programmes in Business Administration.
