What is the European Study Trip?
The European study Trip gives first and second year students of the economic faculty the opportunity to get to know a city in Europe from a cultural, social, and business perspective. You as a student can get to know your fellow students outside the university.
This year’s destination is Krakow, a city wrapped in legend. Krakow is the second largest city of Poland, and because of its central geographic location a booming scientific and economic center in Europe.
During the European Study Trip we will visit a variety of companies ranging from small, local firms to multinational offices to learn about the business climate in Krakow. Besides the company visits we will spend time exploring the rich culture of the ancient city of Krakow. This will include a visit to Auschwitz, which promises to be an overwhelming experience. We will also head out to discover student life in Krakow by visiting the university, getting in touch with Polish students and experience the great nightlife that Krakow is known for!
When is the European Study Trip?
The European Study Trip will take place from the 27th of March till the 4th of April, the first week of the fourth study period. The trip is planned in between obligatory lectures.
