Michiel Duim
What characterizes me most is my energetic, enthusiastic personality and my ability to make contact with all types of people easily. This enables me to motivate them, a skill that I demonstrated during several years in managerial positions. This combined with a broad area of interest, a drive for intellectual development and the realization that learning is never finished, makes me a High Potential.
Floor Kellerman
Mijn naam is Floor Kellerman. Ik ben derdejaars student Bestuurs- en Organisatiewetenschap aan de VU en ik volg vakken aan de faculteit Economische Wetenschappen en Bedrijfskunde. In mijn vrije tijd schilder ik over vrouwen. Zo maakte ik het schilderij I’M A BOSS SO I’M A BITCH naar aanleiding van het door de Harvard Business School uitgevoerde onderzoek naar de manier waarop we omgaan met succesvolle mannen en vrouwen. Het is een compliment te mogen deelnemen, maar een echte high potential wordt je niet door er onder rugdekking van gesuggereerd zelfvertrouwen over te schrijven. Voor mij is een high potential iemand die de wereld ziet, besluit dat ze hem wil veranderen en daar naar handelt. Aan anderen om er de geschiedenis van te schrijven.
Gijs Dingemans
My name is Gijs Dingemans and I am currently finishing my Master’s program at VU University. Ifeel honored to be selected for the High Potential Challenge and I look forward to compete with the other participants. This challenge is an unique opportunity to learn from talented fellow students and to critically assess my own capabilities. I think an open mind and the ability to inspire others is a good recipe to succeed in this challenge and in life.
Dimitri Haussman
We´re entering fast changing and exciting times. Therefore I have developed a strong entrepreneurial character and mindset to get ahead in life. Working throughout different companies and countries helped me to cope with various people and environments. I would consider myself as a high potential due to the fact that I gained the ability always to give my best and go the extra mile.
Niels Kamphuis
My name is Niels Kamphuis, I am 24 years old and currently living in Vianen. My three strongest abilities are my memory, analytical ability and problem solving. During my internships at Daihatsu Netherlands B.V. and at KONE Netherlands B.V. both my mentors told me I exceeded expectations and recognized my potential. I am thrilled to participate in the High Potential Challenge and look forward seeing you there.
Pieter Bas Snijders
I am studying Business Administration at the VU with a specialization in Management Consulting. This specialization helps to achieve my goal of becoming a consultant and advise multinationals with the issues they face. My master thesis internship at Accenture concerning knowledge management lets me develop myself to a higher level and adds to a more comprehensive understanding of the consulting industry in general. My hands on and eager to learn approach boosts performance and gives high quality results. The High Potential Challenge is a great opportunity to prove my added value.
Fabian Guse
“Think big”! The aspiration and passion to accomplish every goal I set to myself, characterizes me best. Based on my academic and professional background in one of the world’s leading logistic companies, I developed an innovative mindset and analytical skills as well as the ability to see the whole picture. I’m looking forward to be part of this exciting challenge and to compete against talented fellow students.
Katrin Marx
My entrepreneurial mindset and curiosity motivated me to participate in the high potential challenge. I like to challenge myself, but also gain new experiences in various fields. Considering my international education, working together with people from diverse cultures enabled me to broaden my knowledge. Additionally I acquired competencies in approaching and tackling problems from different angles. Readinesses of mind and openness to learning are skills that permit me to think outside the box. I regard this challenge as a great opportunity to get prepared for my future career.
