My name is Floor Kellerman. I’m currently finishing my bachelor in Administrative and Organization science at the VU University, and took courses at the Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. Over the last few years painting has become an important part of my life. I made a series of paintings about women. My painting called I’M A BOSS SO I’M A BITCH is about the way we still regard successful men differently than women. Too often ambitious women are regarded man-like, hysterical or bitchy, while ambitious men are seen as being energetic, exciting and fun to work with. For me, a high potential is someone who sees the world, decides to change it and acts like it. I’m honored to partake in the challenge.
