HP Internship Program Netherlands 2012
Are you bursting with new ideas and do you have enough ambition to get off to a flying start at HP?
If so, why not apply for an internship? The internship program, which lasts six months, focuses on a specific thesis project. Your work place will be in Amstelveen. Along with fifteen other interns, you will receive professional training and dedicated support. Also, we will organize many fun and inspiring activities around the program.
Many students have preceded you. After all, it is the perfect opportunity to finish off your thesis project, take a peek behind the scenes at HP and significantly increase your chances of a permanent position after your studies.
Our internship program will start on the 1st of April 2012. The selections will take place in March. If you are interested in our internship program, apply online at www.jobs.hp.com. The reference number is 798725. As part of the selection, we will organize a Pitch Event, where you will learn more about the program and the available research projects. Can the Imaging and Printing Experience Center be outsourced? Your task will be to analyze and research the impact and feasibility of this scenario.
Resync HP’s Global Sales Team
Your assignment is to analyze the current sales team set up and facilitate a Global Account Team on alignment, communication, cultural behavior and process structuring.
Research strategic alliance opportunities
Your assignment is to create a sound plan that helps HP to move from a relationship approach to a Business Alliance approach.
Improve HP’s customer engagement
Your assignment is to analyze the results of our Global Accounts Team and generically create recommendations to senior management to improve on one or multiple areas.
Execute a breakthrough program
Your assignment is to identify the needs of our Global Accounts and map these into the security solution portfolio, creating an in depth analysis of the security market and its opportunities.

Your assignment is to support the management with initiatives and projects in the field of engagement and diversity and other HR initiatives that help us to make HP an even greater place to work at.
Aligning offerings of Personal Computers
In the dynamic environment of pricing and product marketing you will set up a tooling for competitive pricing tracking and trending in the consumer market.
Design online marketing strategies
Your task is to help HP with the design and implementation of effective online marketing & sales strategies for our printing units.
Qualifications
You are a Bachelor or Master level student, looking for a placement or thesis project as part of their studies. Further, you have:
• Good knowledge of the English language, written and verbally
• Good organizational skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• The ability to work independently on assigned projects, after thorough briefing and guidance
